Home Visits
Requesting a home visit
If possible please try to telephone reception on 01202 464500 before 10am if you are requesting a home visit.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
A doctor or nurse will phone you to discuss your symptoms. Your problem may be dealt with by telephone advice, or if appropriate a nurse or doctor will attend your home, or arrange a hospital attendance.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Surgery.
