Stour Surgery Newsletter
Greetings and welcome to the winter edition of our latest newsletter! Despite the usual winter challenges, we've been hard at work implementing various vaccine programs in the past few months. Additionally, we've taken the opportunity to refresh our waiting room, updating the information we provide and enhancing how we present it to you. Our fish tank has undergone a makeover with new additions swimming happily! In addition, we're delighted to announce that our Stour Surgery team has welcomed a new GP, and we've also added a new care coordinator to our dedicated staff. We look forward to continuing to serve you with the highest quality care and service.
Christchurch Connections & Health Hub
Christchurch PCN, including Stour Surgery, partnered with Compassionate Communities UK and Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group to create the Christchurch Connections and Health Hub. Its aim is to help you improve your health and wellbeing by connecting you with local groups and services, strengthening our community connections, as well as providing information about national resources. There is all sorts of information across varying topics such as: carers, exercise, mental health, social groups and many more! All of the websites listed on the directory have been carefully selected and manually uploaded by Christchurch PCN to make sure they are reliable sources of information.
Overall, the Christchurch Connections and Health Hub is an invaluable resource for anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing, connect with others in the community, or access national resources.
