Our Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the surgery. She supports the practice team, GPs, and other medical professionals to ensure we deliver the highest quality services to our patients.

Office Manager
Julie leads our hard working and dedicated team of administration and reception staff and is responsible for ensuring all office procedures run smoothly. Julie and her team work tirelessly behind the scenes to help our patients by giving them a friendly and efficient service.
Reception Team
Our reception staff attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments, help with general enquiries, new patient registrations and support with the delivery of quality patient care. They can provide information on services and results and will direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or question. Our reception staff have a very demanding role and are always available to assist you.

Prescription Team
Our Prescribing Clerks issue repeat prescriptions and deal with any prescription queries that you may have. They work alongside our Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and General Practitioners to ensure safe prescribing.

Medical Secretaries
Our Medical Secretaries ensure that all referrals are made in a timely manner. They will regularly liaise with doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers and are available to help patients with any queries related to referrals. To speak with a member of our Secretarial team, please phone the main switchboard.
Office Administrator
Our Office Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks including co-ordinating all aspects of private work, preparing clinical rotas, and ensuring patients are invited for their annual medication reviews.
Scanning Administrators
Our Scanning Administrators ensure all incoming and internal patient correspondence is stored in the patient’s medical record and relevant information is coded.
