Travel Vaccinations
If you are our registered at our practice and require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete a Travel Assessment Form which will be reviewed by the nurse. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required. There is information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below.
It is important to complete this form as early as possible – at least 8 weeks before you travel. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Please be aware there will be a charge for certain travel vaccinations.
